I ask this question with all sincerity: Why do these poker rooms run their CS as if they are on a shoestring budget? It boggles my mind that they are raking in money as fast as they can count it, yet they all skimp on something that could seperate them from their competitors.

It seems so obvious. Stars is not huge because of their reload bonus offers or rakeback. Bah...oh well, I guess people run businesses into the ground everyday.

100% agreed.
Have made this observation before.
Absolutely do not get it.

[/ QUOTE ]

sites don't have to be the "best" at anything...just "good/ok" at everthing...

stars has HORRIBLE rakeback/reload bonuses...WORK ON THAT

Tilt has HORRIBLE customer service...WORK ON THAT

If a site was just "average" at everything (ok customer service with a phone number, reload every other month for $100, 20% rakeback, cool store for "points earned" like ipods etc.) they'd absolutely dominate the poker enviroment.

Update. In Zurich International airport. I missed my connection flight because my first flight left late. LOLz

Here is the last e-mail I got 2 hours ago from Full Tilt.

"events@fulltiltpoker.com" to me
show details 12:23 am (2 hours ago)

Hello Mario,

Thank you for your recent e-mail.

Unfortunately, there will not be Full Tilt Poker staff at the event, this
is the reason the funds were deposited into your account. You will be
responsible for your registration.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Yes I still am.

Well, no harm done then. Thanks for playing.

That's what this thread for, or am I (or you) missing something?

[/ QUOTE ]
I think you are missing the part where FTP suffers some type of financial loss from treating their customers like crap (lost dollars is probably the only thing they understand, they have no sense of shame). Unless you think some big time player is going to leave the site because of this thread, when even the person who it actually happened too doesn't think it is enough to do so.

[/ QUOTE ]

Lol @ everything you try to represent in this thread.

You are the personification of most of the reasons why FTP and CO treat us all like [censored]. Pathetic.

You've only been registered for 8 months so even if you ignored him since the begining it isn't that long. There are sibling that ignore each other longer then that.

UB has much better rakeback than that. Their cust serv is horrible, and for some reason i don't trust them as much as say i'd trust stars, but stars has non-existent rakeback.

Ultimate Bet rakeback is going to contributed next month (per threads in the A/R forum) so expect your RB to go down by 50% or so.
