i wasnt implying you were a fish i just recognized the name, and he happened to be a multitabling player w/ a style that i see from a lot of people that used to win but dont win much anymore. basically the games evolved faster than you did, so you have to get better or not win as much

I thought I'd give myself a little credibility. I do have an edge in MTT Donkaments, but I simply don't have enough free hours in a day to spend 7-10 hours in front of my computer to make a FT anymore. I've been experimenting with cash games and sngs recently, but have found MTT's are the most consistent, but you can only be profitable at these if you don't have a life because all the $ is made at the FT.

I've won the 25,000 guaranteed Re-buy on Stars, as well qualifying through to multiple stages of MTT satellites. MTT's I get, but I'm trying to become a better all around player. I've heard good and bad things about CardRunners.com, but I'm not crazy about paying a membership to a site who's owner (Brian Townsend) credits all of his success to that site. When in reality he didn't buy in to ownership or even hear about CR until after he made his millions.

i.e. I'm pretty good at picking winning lottery numbers. jk.

Sadly closer to the truth than most of us wish to believe. One year ago sharkscope.com released a statistic that only 1/3 of players profit in sng's online. It's not feasibly possible that the ratio got any better.
