And I usually prefer semi-longish hair if it's still normal to really short hair on girls.

I don't much care for it myself, but I've never seen a woman with extremely long hair (like waist or below) who don't take care of it. Hell, it's about all they actually do is spend time on the hair.

Well maintained or not, I simply don't like it. Then again I am weird and like women's backs and shoulders. So there is a conflict.

I've been trying to get a friend to cut her lower-back-length hair for 10 [censored] years. It makes her look like she's waiting for her chaperone to show. You can't do anything with it at that length except for ponytail/down/mormon ninja braid.

I don't mind if it's down to the bottom of your shoulder blades, but I don't get all bonefied by it either.

I dated a Korean girl like this for a short while.

She did a really good job of keeping her hair tied up when she went out, and it wasn't until the first time I actually slept with her that I realised it was obscenely long - like down to her ass.

She turned out to be a complete freak (not sexually, unfortunately) with some major psychiatric/self esteem issues.

So on that basis, yes.
