As sick as it is, it's refreshing to hear that this game is cruel to everyone. It's all about longterm indeed, but the short-term can sometimes be pretty sh*tty, no rhyme intended.

Definitely not "monkey tilt". That said, I think only very few players are able to play through a big downswing, without playing suboptimally at some point, so I'm not gonna say no tilt at all.

I too feel better after reading this thread. I'm on a -275BB downswing in limit, the biggest of my "career." I feel alternatingly sick, disgusted, impotent, cheated, and worthless.
