well, if you need a sweet, at least you are doing it an the best time of the day, Id change that night meal of bread and pb to something else though.

ya, thatd work, I have zero carb whey, and hope most here do to, I usually eat a couple scoops of natty pb out of the jar w/ a protien shake for a night snack.

His OP is just a bunch of statements about his diet. He didn't ask any questions or explain what his goals are. So I'm wondering if he's trying to lose weight (fat), if he's trying to add muscle (bulk), or if he's trying to both lose fat and gain muscle (because he's a fatty like me and can do that). I'm still not sure what his purpose was for creating the thread, and it's not that I don't think it should have been made or anything. It's just vague.

yeah me too. I take that all down before lunch. I also have a really great metabolism (which will stop when I hit 30 so Ill become obese).
