Always wear it except during golf or baseball. I am also someone who wears no jewelry, watch, etc, and thought it would feel strange, but I don't even notice it any more.

I take mine off when I sleep, sometimes when I'm cooking or otherwise doing something messy. I know people who will never, ever, remove their ring for any reason. I think that's just as weird as not wearing one at all.

Mine is always on unless Im doing dirty work, flying, or on a ship. Funnily, enough, mine got caught on my garage door a few weeks ago when I was putting the door down and I ripped a nice little hole in my finger. Pretty scary.

If I ever get married, which I doubt will ever happen, I plan on wearing mine.

I wouldn't get one with diamonds or anything in it, just a regular band, so I wouldn't worry about [censored] it up or anything.

My grandpa said he hasn't worn his in the last fifty years and started wearing his all the time a few years ago and hasn't taken it off. I dunno I think it's weird when I see some guys who are married and don't wear those.

I think it's especially weird when girls don't wear theirs. I guess it's because women usually wear jewelry for most of their lives and it wouldn't bother them and a lot of men don't wear rings until they are married so I think they are avoiding it where men might just be uncomfortable.

I never take mine off. Not because of some compulsion, I'm just too lazy and never feel the need.

PS: Don't get platinum, it's heavy. Seemed cool at the time.

[ QUOTE ]
My dad does. I've often wondered how I'll get out of it, or if I'll even want to. I've never worn jewelry - not even a watch - and I have no desire to start.

[/ QUOTE ]

I was the same way. However, after about 2 weeks after being married, I was used to it. It's only been off a handful of times in 9 years now, and it feels like a finger is missing when it's off.
