turn bet is essential, you know as you climb in limits making and saving extra bets is the key.

betting these turns are definitely going to be +EV, what do you think he has on turn checking you.Betting turn can save a bet if your are beat. If he calls you check or fold river.If he raises you can pitch it or call and fold river.
But if your not betting the eight here, maybe the turn is a leak in your game as it is in lot of limit players.Most limit players cc turns more than they should,but checking after the 8 hits and the board is not necessary.

nice thread tho and go thoughts, just remeber to go thru your PT and check your turn play out. Will increase your W/R in long run vs these idiots at this level\
