It worries me that you don't even have Batman Begins in there. I swear, I would lose all faith in OOT if Begins doesn't come in at least top 3.

How is the Punisher vs Flash Gordon even close? The Punisher, wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either, while Flash Gordon rocked in pure 80s cheeziness!
