disagree with a lot of the standard "how to deal with losing and tilt" stuff.

for me, the trick to overcoming tilt is to play loose and often and try to get lucky. The faster I get lucky and start winning a little back, the faster I am able to get untilted and return to mediocre low/midstakes winner.

Taking weeks off and/or only playing when I'm on my "A-game" when I'm in the middle of a 300+ BB ds is not just unrealistic, its bad for my bottom line.

Only playing when focused and when games are good I would be playing 500 hands a month.

You don't even have to be that quick witted or smart. If you're just a little above average, but have emotional control, you can still beat small stakes.

You're assuming several things about heisenb3rg which he admits aren't true. "Don't tilt" is almost as good advice as "run better". I mean, yeah obviously, but there are some essential steps which you can't just gloss over and say "see, easy" because for OP (and many in the sme boat) it's obviously not easy else it would have already been done.
