EDIT: this is why... Incredible soundtrack, beautiful scenes, drugs everywhere, easy plot. Awesome.

Fantastic Planet. a trip and a half on any drug. make sure you get the dubbed version without subtitles.
EDIT: Heavy Metal, with the soundtrack off, with some hendrix in the background. I like cartoons obviously.

[/ QUOTE ] Yeah, being on acid or shrooms is nothing like being on pot at all. That's more a mind-destroyer if you're on acid. But still, segueing into paranoia on pot is always a possibility, and I think the movie could definitely screw you up into some fears even on pot. Heck, I think it could do it stone cold sober. That's one reason I never took any of my buddy's dares to see The Exorcist on acid. We all dared each other, and nobody did it. I did see Gandhi on acid though. On a nice huge screen. It was practically a religious experience. Then again, so was trying to get out of the parking lot.

Wizard of Oz/Dark Side of the Moon is awesome if you can get it timed right.
I really enjoy watching Amelie when high, the colours and music always seem really cool to me.
