Still nothing for me, which is especially disappointing as Tom had asked me to help moderate the forum (clean up spam, etc.) and I even talked to him on the phone a few times.

You'd think he'd take care of someone like that first, but I've heard nary a peep. Oh, this is mdoeden from the ECD forum, for those who knew me there.

ECD - dodgy as can be, I'm still waiting on my tiki chips. I'm fairly certain taht I'll never get them, but there's the slimmest of chances since the manufacturer has opened up shop again. Lost my time, like $2 clearing the requirements, and had to play on a crap site.

PSO - far, far superior in every sense.

I've heard nothing from ECD either. Very sad.

At last count, they owed me $260 worth of stuff, and I've seen nada.

Hey BigSol - yeah, that's about my number as well. Hard to believe Tom would screw over his most loyal customers. What a shame.

Tom is pure scum. I would love to be able to take some sort of legal action against him, even though the amount he owes me is just a couple hundred bucks worth of stuff.

Did it ever occur to you perhaps Tom thought that those who know him best might just show a little understanding and patience? (This is Duck by the way. Like you have said, many of us have talked to him in person and know he is a standup guy. I just finished a conversation with him, and there is no doubt in my mind my stuff is coming. He has already sent out tons of stuff and $, but you rarely see those guys posting do you? Did it ever occur to you that perhaps it will take a little time to convert assets to cash, as it appears most of you are asking for GCs despite his asking people to consider inventory instead?

I hope that when your stuff arrives, and it will, that you send personal apologies to him and post them in this forum. In the meantime, and this is not Tom talking, this is Duck, shhhhhhhhhhhhh.

They should apologize for complaining about it taking 6+ months to receive gifts valued at just a couple of hundered dollars? ECD got paid the CPA long ago. It's not the players fault they have not received their promised goods.

If a rakeback affiliate took 6 months + to pay $200 in rb to players would the players owe the affiliate an apology when they finally got paid just for taking it to the forums?

Turning assets into cash??? Like pokeraddict mentioned, affiliate payments from the rooms were made a long time ago. Yes he has probably sent out a lot of stuff already, but those were payments that were already overdue. Plus the extremem lack of communication is not how an ethical business is supposed to run.

I'm not even going to mention all the "hush hush" payments that were sent out that I know about. Ooops did that slip ...

As I stated, Tom took care of me, and I was a very loyal customer with his site. I completed every single promo he put up in the last 2 years.

(I also was a frequent poster on the boards for a while -- I won't post my name on here because it involved my last name and I don't want that on 2+2. Some of you already know who I am.)

He's taking care of people when he can, I guess. If he had every intention of running off with the profits, he wouldn't have sent me an $85 GC a couple weeks ago.
