Does anyone remember a roller-blade movie that came out in the nineties... I remember at the end they have this race in the city. Rad reminds me of this movie

I like this movie... but my best friend, who happened to grow up next door, was in LOOOOOOOOOOOVE with this movie. It's probably still his favorite movie of all-time. So I saw it probably 30 times at a minimum.
