My pizza restaurant and some jackass delivery driver- advice please

The restaurant guy(me) called back today and the delivery driver did not answer. Left a voicemail saying Listen here you need to [censored] bring the bag back with the money, you have one [censored] day, and all this for $100, it's not worth it man its not worth it.

So I'm pretty sure this rules out the cops?
And he will have to try to resort to violence, using only first name and cell phone number to track down this delivery guy?

Any thoughts?
