Redskins HAVE been tortured like Lions and Cowboy fans in the last 10 years or so just as my original post was stating. The friend trying to lock in the profit now when there is a very significant chance this will end in a push or a loss is making the sharp play here.
He could have offered something a bit more realistic like letting you buy-out of it for 35% or 40% or something and THEN we might start to have something worth discussing. But you have to be better than 25% chance here, right? WAS isn't THAT bad. And DET probably isn't THAT good either.

Tyler- Lol at your reasoning. In my lifetime (I am only 26) I have attended two Super Bowls in which the Cowboys have won (Pasadena and Tempe--didn't go to the win in Atl). You can look at this any way you want, Was has won 2 playoff games in 15 years...Dallas has won 9 playoff games and 3 Super Bowls in that span. You hardly need to start pointing fingers at one of the three most successful franchises in football--maybe the most successful. [/ QUOTE ] This post is factually incorrect.
