"My point was that the Cowboys have done nothing since the Super Bowls."

I am not trying to be a dick here but your original quote was...

[ QUOTE ]
Redskins fans have not been as tortured as Lions fans or Cowboys fans.

[/ QUOTE ]

Even if you bring up the record since Dallas' SB's, Dallas is 89-94 and Was is 86-97--sure as a Dallas fan I have been bummed time and time again but your quote is just flat out wrong. Redskins HAVE been tortured like Lions and Cowboy fans in the last 10 years or so just as my original post was stating.

Cheers to both teams winning multiple championships in our lifetime though =)

[/ QUOTE ]

wtf didnt the cowboys beat the redskins like 15 times in a row...

Tyler, you are NUTS to buyout of this and I think Was is overrated.

Also, you said:

[ QUOTE ]
Lions fan....oh how he has been tortured over the years

[/ QUOTE ]

And you haven't?

[/ QUOTE ]

The skins have won 3 Super Bowls in his lifetime. Putting them in the same breath as the lions is absurd.

The friend trying to lock in the profit now when there is a very significant chance this will end in a push or a loss is making the sharp play here.
He could have offered something a bit more realistic like letting you buy-out of it for 35% or 40% or something and THEN we might start to have something worth discussing.

But you have to be better than 25% chance here, right? WAS isn't THAT bad. And DET probably isn't THAT good either.

Tyler- Lol at your reasoning. In my lifetime (I am only 26) I have attended two Super Bowls in which the Cowboys have won (Pasadena and Tempe--didn't go to the win in Atl).

You can look at this any way you want, Was has won 2 playoff games in 15 years...Dallas has won 9 playoff games and 3 Super Bowls in that span. You hardly need to start pointing fingers at one of the three most successful franchises in football--maybe the most successful.

[/ QUOTE ]

This post is factually incorrect. The Redskins have won three playoff games, not two, in the last fifteen years.

How is he giving our alma mater a bad name? He's right you tard. They were 1-14 against the Cowboys before the last couple seasons.
