Re: Interesting hand vs good reg 5/10
Then how would you guys play QQ on turn and river assuming you checked flop? Call/Fold?

Re: Interesting hand vs good reg 5/10
Everyone's saying fold turn because his preflop range is so tight. But come one, seriously, are LAGs at this level so tight against a LAGs 3bet? Especially when the SB put dead money in? Maybe he's re-raise with AK, but I have to believe he'd call with JJ- and some suited connector type hands.
I think this hand is prety interesting because this guy could easily be betting a hand like 77 on the turn. When you call the turn you pretty much flip your hand face-up as being a marginal made something, and that gives him an opportunity to bet strong again on the river and make you stop & wonder if you should call with AT. I dunno, I think you should call. But I prb would fold. |

Re: Interesting hand vs good reg 5/10
he's not calling $110 cold OOP with a suited connector.
i agree with everyone else. |

Re: Interesting hand vs good reg 5/10
I can't see him playing any suited connectors here as well, and I think I would have to fold on turn as well. I really don't like the entire line at all or villain, looks pretty strong if you ask me, pf calling there OOP and then check flop and betting out turn, ofcourse he might be betting out on turn as bluff if he is tricky enough but I think he isn't doing that near enough to make any call profitable...
If he actually did have air then gg to him and he outplayed but I'd rather try and find a better spot than this one... |

Re: Interesting hand vs good reg 5/10
I've read the post more carefully and agree w/ most, fold the turn. In my experince a good 25/20 coldcalls here w/ TT+, and you beat none of those pairs. I doubt a good reg would do this w/ AQ, he 'could' ofc have AK but, depeding on what he thinks of you, he would most of the time 4-bet.
So he has TT+ and you fold. Easy piecy lemon squeezy |
