I made a bad fold and am beating myself up about it

I folded JTs a week ago. Some loose idiot with a PFR of 25 raised, I was on button with JTs, and i folded for some reason. And I flopped a straight flush, 2 players went allinwith deepstack and i was deep too. I instant stopped playing cos that caused me to go on donkey tilt. This stuff tilts me harder then losing due to a suckout.

Normally when i fold 39o or something and i woulda flopped a boat i dont care obv. But calling a 3.5BB raise with JTs on button from this guy from the CO isnt really bad.
