I think betting this flop would be pretty bad, as its a very coordinated board and one of the players probably hit it in someway. You have some outs though and you'd like to get there without having to face a C/R. A turn bet might be better as they both checked to you again, they probably don't have much. On the river I don't think you can raise such a significant portion of your stack and then fold. I think you're comitted to the hand no matter even though you don't really like it.
