Do we need to be concerned about calories and nutrition?

Since you'll probably want to die after a week of this, I'd assume not.

Yes, I'm thinking so. Calories, nutrition, & digestion.

If you had to choose one meal for the rest of your life what would it be? The meal would include an entree, two sides, desert, and a beverage.

[/ QUOTE ]

My choice would be turkey breast with good gravy, top notch stuffing, and steamed broccoli, but I'd skip desert and add a good chopped salad. Tea would be fine for a beverage.

This may sound like BS but my Father-In-Law was in fact a creature of extreme habit. For about 25 years straight when he ate at home his dinner was always a hamburg patty, stewed tomatoes, and shell beans. For breakfast he had the same thing, cereal, coffee and salted and buttered toast. At about the halfway point in this twenty five year breakfast routine he switched from Special K to Corn Flakes (or visa versa) and spent ten minutes how he made this major change in his life.

I thought my wife of the time was kidding me when she described this routine. But when I first met her brother he rattled off the exact menu mentioned above. Weird.
