But you do understand that by pushing the river he turns his hand into a bluff? Most competent players don't call that riverbet without hand that beats trips.

didnt say he have to push, but its no room for something like bet/folding. and I think many players, competent or not, would call this river with a hand like QQ if he decides do call turn. also, he might want the riverbet look like a bluff on the scary heart. his play def make sense with A7.
