The only time I could see it being acceptable is if someone else did it to you first.

Ok, i'll play devil's advocate. What if slow roll will create a really +EV situation at the table? Still not ok?Aren't we playing for money? Don't we have to use all the tools available to us withing the rules?

P.S In more then 3000 hours of live poker I don't think i've ever slowrolled anyone but damn if i haven't been tempted at least 40 times...

What +EV situations does slow rolling do besides tapping the glass or setting you up to look like the biggest douche at the table? If you like that type of reputation I guess thats a good thing.

Honestly its one of the worst things you can do at a table. It speaks volumes for a person about what type of person they are IMO.

Only if you are playing to win money you lost in an illegal scheme to short an airline manufacturer's stock by failing to blow up the company's new prototype. Then it is OK, but be careful - you may still be in danger.

It's okay to slowroll if:

-They've done it to you first

or

-They've [censored] your sister or girlfriend.

Otherwise, don't be a douche.
