Wow this is absurd. If this isn't scamming, it's as close as you can get to it. What makes you think this is ok? When you agree to trade w/ someone your 1st actions shouldn't be to "take a shot" with their money. Wheres that scammers list, you should be added.

Give him some time to make it right and pay back those he owes. But after that he should not be doing transfers wtih anyone as it seems that he is willing to take shots with other peoples funds.
