What's going on with Click2Pay? Can somebody separate the fact from fiction for us? I read on another forum that C2P lost their ACH which is why they're requiring the registering of a credit card. The poster at the other forum also said that you need $1500 minimum to withdraw, and that they've taken away the withdrawal option at their site. Is this true? Can somebody verify this? Or was he just lying?

Hard to speak to rumours, of course. I do know that one of sites, I can't remember if it was MB or C2P, had lost their ACH and that's why they require us to initiate the bank transfer, and don't have EFT as an option. I'm going to take a wild guess that neither one can get an ACH in North America. Actually, I'll speculate a little further. In another thread, someone came up with what I thought was a good suggestion as to why NT was pulling out of Canada. Apparently, some IPs in Canada show up as US, and I'm assuming vice versa. If that's the case, it's entirely possible that NT was having a hard time being certain none of their "Canadian" customers weren't actually Americans. This makes a lot of sense...I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the reason that other eWallets can't use an ACH in Canada. All my own speculation, of course.

Not sure where the $1,500 minimum figure is coming from...I just logged in, and it is still showing my minimum for a cheque as $20. Also, how could there be a minimum to withdraw AND no withdrawal option? Either they're allowing withdrawals or they aren't.

I'm not sure what to make of all this. I'm not going to concern myself TOO much with rumours. However, I am a little bothered by the fact that C2P's toll-free number has been down for a few days, and the fact that C2P and MB can't do EFTs. My own plan is to use the eWallets as something to facilitate moving money on and off sites, and NOT somewhere to keep my money, at least not much (yet). I'd like to use C2P for withdrawing money with their ATM card, but I may hold off until I have more confidence...Party's EFT will do for now.

Do you mean for funding or withdrawing? AFAIK you can deposit via wire transfer...the option is available for me as of this moment. If you mean for withdrawals, no...never could. You have to withdraw via cheque or ATM card.

Wow epassporte really blows for withdrawing. I think I'll just transfer the money to UB and withdraw it to InstaDebit and onto my bank account..

the way the girl talked, it seemed like I couldnt even deposit from my bank, but anyway I dont want to deposit from my bank since I have a lot of money online and all I want to do is Cashout and be able to transfer money easily. But the way the girl talked it seemed like she didnt know what she was talking about, [censored] they cant train(?) them well.

So what you guys are telling me is that I could use my CC just to activate my account and then with the ATM card I could withdraw money which I could then deposit to my bank account?? Is that the best way you guys have figured out???
