We're number 2! We're number 2!
Man, at the start of the year, I could have gotten at least 20-1 from someone betting the Cougs finish in the top 2. Who wouldn't have taken that bet if I wanted to put $20 on WSU? Wow, not sure I can possibly enjoy anything more than the prospect of ending the UW season by beating them a 3rd time. A neutral floor should make it interesting. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WIN WIN WIN WIN!!!! |

I believe UCLA plays the weakest school to advance from the play-in, but I may be wrong. UCLA - ASU/OSU/CAL WSU - UW/CAL/OSU [/ QUOTE ] If you go to the Pac 10 site, they have links to brackets. They show the #1 seed playing the 8/9 winner and the #2 playing the 7/10 winner. Doesn't look like they reseed after the play-in round. |

yeah, should have done my research before the post instead of after. you are correct. I wish they'd explain the 3-way tiebreaker. USC was 4-0 vs Arizona/Oregon which might start to explain it, but UoA and UoO split the season series.

not positive on this but after h2h record they go by record against conference opponents starting at the top and decending down.
they talked about it a couple of times durring the sc/wsu game trying to explain why sc would have been the 2 seed. the announcers sucked ass though so it didn't come in that clearly. |

ah, cool. Thanks. That would follow with this year's seeding. Arizona is 0-6 vs. the top 3.

Low really shouldn't be on that list. He's been a non-factor almost half the season.
YAY for Tony though, hopefully the first of many COY awards he gets. Who was 2nd in the POY voting? Weaver should be top 5 imo. |
