It sounded like the Voice Vote said no, so Berkley wanted a recorded vote, so they are voting tomorrow??

take the time to write snail mail letters to your senators/reps. You can do automated form letters but snail mail will get their attention because it requires more time to write/mail.

[/ QUOTE ]

I continue to advocate for emails that are clearly and actually written by you vs snail mail due to the additional time snail mail takes to get to Congress due to anthrax and other security screening (it adds 1-2+ weeks for arrival).

She just ripped Goodlatte apart and that other guy and gave a quote showing the latter is a hypocrite and challenged Goodlatte to make a statement for the record which he cannot.

Holy [censored] that is awesome.

if this bill fails we need to get her address and fill her mailbox with <3 mail.

Do you think I can send her a campaign contribution via Parker Stars or Neteller?

We are currently debating H.R. 5646, the first of today's four scheduled suspensions. Following the conclusion of debate on today's second scheduled suspension (S.655), at approximately 2-2:15 p.m., we expect our next and last series of votes for the day:

1) Berkley / Wexler / Conyers Amendment (15 minutes)

Up to ten minutes of debate on a likely Democrat motion to recommit, followed by...

2) Likely Democrat Motion to Recommit H.R. 4411 - Internet Gambling Prohibition and Enforcement Act (15 minutes)
3) Final Passage of H.R. 4411 - Internet Gambling Prohibition and Enforcement Act (5 minutes)

We expect these to be the last votes of the day.

NOTE: Following our last vote of the day, we will consider today's last two scheduled suspensions (H.Res. 576 and H.J.Res. 86). Any requested recorded votes on these measures will be rolled until tomorrow.
