Thanks for opening the site back up. I tried to look at 'account' after logging-in but wasn't able to check my details. I honestly don't remember giving any personal address or other details when I registered at CCU. Am I the only one here? Did I somehow register incorrectly? I might have simply forgotten but right now I can't even double-check so I just don't know if he even has an address for me to compare to my drivers license.

But for most people who dont trust him or dont understand just what in the heck is going he is going to take the money and run. I wont get paid a dime from him becuase even though its plainly obvious I am not a gnome, I dont think giving an already shady person more infomation about me is a good idea. Also if he does have some sinister plans for identify theft or whatever it makes sense to pay a few people off, becuase then they will report back here that they were paid, which in turn means more people will send info, thats how this whole thing started. He paid a little bit out last month, thereby ensuring he would get a ton of signups for this month. Step 3. Profit!

I do not get why the gnome thing would matter to him...if he gets paid for an account it should not matter anyway. I am so happy I never signed up through this ass.

[/ QUOTE ] He's clearly only adding the ID stipulation because it means he can deny anyone who doesn't cough it up. This is his way of paying as few people as possible. The little bastard is the lowest form of life and he'll do anything to steal people's money. Notice how he's made no attempt to aid his customers who don't happen to visit this site? He realized that he had been caught, and came back to save his ass. Now he'll pay off as few people as he can to make sure he doesn't get dragged into court. Once the lawsuits stop coming, he'll rip off the rest of the people who either don't read this forum or who can't be bothered to chase him down. In the end, he thinks he'll make a bundle. What he doesn't realize is that the first judgement against him is going to initiate a full-scale investigation and then he's [censored].

These are the emails to all the major administration people at his college. Also included is the email to the editor of his school newspaper, as well as the relevant faculty in his department.
The admin list can be found here. Once i have completed filing the lawsuit against him, all his personal information, including his name, address, etc, and the names and addresses of anyone showing up on his credit report, public records, etc, will be a matter of public record that anyone can find in the system here in NM. I don't wish to post that here, but you can find it easily enough in the public records. This will give anyone on this board all they need to file their own suit. This pissant can run but he can't hide.

[/ QUOTE ] is it not obvious that he wasn't going to pay but is now spooked and has reconsidered. he went from my affiliate isn't paying me (that's why he was AWOL) to suddenly...you'll get your money just give me time. i agree if the sportsbook doesn't look into fake accounts why is he??
