misleading me in your email.


I understand that your company needs to make a profit, and as a poker
player, I am willing to pay the rake and/or tournament fees for you to
run poker games. However, I think it is wrong that you take
additional money from me for currency transactions - currency
transactions that are not part of your core business, and currency
transactions that take an excessive amount of money from me.


Can you please fix this?

concern regarding the exchange rate. However, we convert the funds based
on the exchange rate provided by our bank. As the buying and selling
rates are not same, you find a difference in the converted amounts. The
rate that is applied when you initiate a deposit/cashout is based on the
prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

If you feel that your bank would provide you with a better exchange
rate, we suggest that you deposit and cashout by selecting the
“transaction currency” as USD.

If you have any questions please contact us, we are available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week to assist you.
