Nice graph VPIP100! Maybe you could write a small post for us who are stuck at 50NL forever about moving up and your experiences?

Well ... I look forward to a variance free income ... been looking over my shoulder to see if BUSTO was following me for far too long.

Eff. When will I ever learn. (Villain is 45/1/1.5)

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $88.00
Hero (BB): $102.13
UTG: $52.90
MP: $26.05
CO: $123.71
BTN: $59.30

Preflop: Hero is dealt (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.50, MP folds, CO calls $0.50, 2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.00</font>, UTG calls $2.50, CO folds

Flop: ($6.75) (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $4.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $8.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $18.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $28.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises all-in to $99.13</font>, UTG calls all-in for $21.90
Uncalled bet of $49.23 returned to Hero

Turn: ($106.55) (2 Players - 2 All-In)

River: ($106.55) (2 Players - 2 All-In)

Pot Size: $106.55 ($3 Rake)

UTG had (a full house, Sevens full of Nines) and WON (+$50.65)
Hero had (two pairs, Queens and Nines) and LOST (-$52.90)

I like the empty table seating strategy, but I think it can make me too over aggro sometimes.
Does anyone have a post it note that they leave on their monitor with reminders about doing stupid things? I think I need one of those. Any suggestions about what to put on?
