I think the only thing you could change was 3-betting preflop, but he was not calling 3-bets too lightly - whereas he was opening just about anything under the sun and cbetting almost all flops. This makes 3-betting as opposed to check raising most flops not too hot.

And the turn is an easy call as I have 15 outs almost always.

flop cr/turn lead is what i don't like. most of the time, whatever he's calling w/on the flop, he's calling the turn with when the 8 hits since it's a pretty innocuous card. i also don't like c/r w/draws against bad players that won't fold anything.
