I don't think he leaves too many threads open. I don't have a problem going through the threads, it doesn't take up a ton of time, but I skip the NL Cash ones unless I have a lot of time to kill or one of a few posters posts a NL cash hand.

Nobody likes a chaotic forum but nobody wants a forum nazi either. I think leader does a very good job and I don't think a change in either direction would be better.
