FTP,
I'm struggling making my decisions. I've timed out a lot I've been playing since 830a EST. |

Technical issues aside, the decreased decision time IS [censored] TERRIBLE. As someone who likes to play 6 - 10 tables, I feel as though FTP sent a very clear message that you do not want my business. While in the long run, perhaps you speed up the game so single table fish can play at a reasonable pace and not get bored, you're going to lose a lot of support from high volume players who simply don't have enough time to make decisions. Worse still, you'll gain play from bots who appreciate your putting human multi-tablers at more of a disadvantage. NH FTP [/ QUOTE ] |

Re: FTP Answers 6/7
There should be a way to request your last x hands from within the Full Tilt client. Support could be spending there time a lot more productively if I did not have to email them every time I disconnect from my tables. As it is, it takes at least 2 days for them to get you the hands when it could be easily automated. Having an option for all hands from day x would also be nice, since you are already there having a framework to request a set of hands emailed to you.

[/ QUOTE ] Thug - If you are requesting these hands to use with PokerTracker, download the patch found here ( patch21603d ) and it should solve your problem. After you install it, just run the "error" hands through again and they should work. It should also prevent the problem on future hands. SF |

I appreciate the speed-up. But. Dare I say. I think it's a tad too fast.

Re: FTP Answers 6/7
Okay, I just logged in and there was another software update for FTP to install (there wasn't one this morning). Anything I need to know about before I start playing?
