We all understand his pain, it was a rough hand, but the other players are starting to get a chuckle out of it.

The reason he was so stunned was because he didnt see the early raiser and when he threw his call out there preflop he actually thought he was open raising, and then when he bet the turn he still hadnt figure out wtf happend pf and did not realize he was up against an early raiser.

He will probably explain it better but thats the gist of what he told me.

the sick thing is I didn't mean to play the hand. I had just lost a small pot. I THOUGHT it was folded to me, and I look at qjs, and since I am 4th in chips I should open that. But I almost mucked because I didn't want them to think I was steaming and get repopped. I thought I was overanalyzing things, so I raised anyway. Little did I know it was an actual call. (I never realize Issaac is in the hand until I bet the flop and the dealer tells me I need 5k more to call) I would always muck that against the chipleaders utg raise....and I almost mucked without that.

Then I even play it bad by not checking the turn...I can call his 400k bet on river and still have plenty of chips. So sick. I was so stunned, I can deal with a bad beat...but I hate myself because I just messed up cause I wasn't basically paying attention. I could have coasted to top 16.

So to review:

I didn't want to play that hand even with raising, I talked myself into it

I end up doing the worst possible thing going toe to toe with the chipleader who's the only one who can bust me. (and I only practically know this when it is my turn to act on the turn) Then I play it bad anyway, thinking I am making a value bet.

So yeah, I was stunned, I played pretty solid (very unlike my online game) all week, and I battled back from 6800 chips on the second day to have a huge stack. I only played small pots, and then big ones when I had the nuts. Just a terrible feeling for me. But thanks WPT, for making me sound like a douchebag.

Justin Bonomo Eliminated 11th ($77,702)
Justin Bonomo raises to $45,000 preflop and Isaac Haxton reraises $120,000 more. Bonomo then reraises to $400,000 total. Haxton moves all in and Bonomo goes into the tank. Finally, Bonomo makes the call and shows KK. However, Haxton flips over AA. The board comes 765Q9 and Haxton wins the biggest pot of the tournament, eliminating Justin Bonomo in 11th place.

Haxton was in first. Damn.
