lol @ you thinking I'm a maniac. I'm running at about 20/18 over almost 150K hands of NL.

lol @ thinking I was playing badly. My only extended session with you was last night when I ran hot, went up 6 buy ins, and pwned 433224454654645 donks.

184 hands w/ you, 31/21/4, 47 ASB, 25% WtSD, 41% W$SD

100% true. What's the big deal?

Obv the point was to annoy him. I did. I'm waiting to see what's so OMFG about that.

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't give a [censored] about smacktalk and whatever, but trying to influence a hand you are not involved in is a mortal sin in poker.

I wasn't a hater previously, and I am not really a hater now, but truth of the matter is, that this is a capital crime in poker and in my book, you are dead now.

^ he wasn't in the hand as it happened

There are certain boards that I like to lead when I'm OOP. I wrote a post about it maybe a year ago I'll see if I can dig it up.

This is getting really bad... I honestly have zero motivation to play after I make 1+BI at $100.
Someone convince me to play more.
(The flipside to this is I dont keep playing myself into bad downswings and have a pretty baller hourly rate)

[/ QUOTE ]

Don't worry one of these days variance will rape you and you find yourself playing for hours on end

[/ QUOTE ]

This is so QFGelforness true.

To MC: It's very likely that deep down you aren't confident that you are a winning player. Because if you were you'd see it's more important to play a bunch of hands instead of quitting when you win a buy-in. Because the more hands a winning player plays, the more $$$ he wins. Pretty simple stuff.

Variance evens out for the winning player the more hands he plays.

You win one buy-in for 4 straight days and then on the fifth lose 3 buy-ins due to normal variance coolers and you've won one buy-in in 5 days.

So what, you still shouldn't interfere with actual play.

I intended to flame you here, but I won't, if you insist on being alone vs the rest of the world, that is your choice. Have fun.

I have 140 in my BR. should I take a shot at 10NL or wait til 150?

[/ QUOTE ]
Well as you can see 10NL is a pretty cutthroat business
You could wait until 200 or if you have a good history of beating smaller stakes take a couple of buyin shot IF losing won't knock you too much.
I'm in the nit camp especially if you do not have a lot of hands in NL already and are winning handily.
