Yeah, those kinds of statements get me. Byron Leftwich was a f-ing moron for playing with a broken leg. Faulting DD for not "toughing it out" is insane.

I feel really bad for Oregon and DD. He seems like a REALLY good kid. Smart, great character, and humble -- everything CFB should be about.

Plus, though I bleed purple and gold, I wanted to see us play UO because, if we lost, I wanted the NC to go to a team that I liked. I could have swallowed a loss to Oregon. (Well, we still have 3 more games!)

The Pac10 is stacked. Arizona would already be bowl eligible in the WAC or the Mountain West, and maybe conference champs. Oregon has the same problems top SEC teams do. They have to play good teams week after week, and at some point you lose a game you should win. Teams like Arizona and Mississippi State are not BCS contenders, but they are solid, and any let down can really cost a team a NC.

Plus UO had horrible HORRIBLE luck. That pick 6 in the endzone was a 14 point swing!

To you UO guy (JJB, Jared): congrats on a good season. I hope you guys make, and win the Rose Bowl.

Btw, he tore his ACL. He didn't even have a choice to play.
