We have Excel and PowerPoint files all throughout our company with "created by" names that are in no way connected to the actual content. People like a spreadsheet or presentation and modify it for their own use without bothering to change the name in the properties.

WPT will only let you wear apparel that supports its advertisers. Of course they may be as stupid as the AP folks and let it slip through.
