yes you are. besides, all the action would have been sold. the guy backed down when he saw i would have played, and promptly busted his 10-15k anyway.

HOW COULD I FORGET TO POST THIS HAND

6-7 handed 60 yesterday. UTG raises, huge fish coldcalls, I see KQ and decide that with the fish in the pot I need to 3bet so I 3bet. Fish has recently busto so he has no chips and is playing behind.

They both call 3bet so 3 to the flop

Check to me I bet I thought but what happened was the fish with no chips had said bet and I had just called (I realized this as the turn was being dealt so I was pretty excited about getting a turn raise in).

This card sort of made me sad because I assumed he'd fold to my raise, but I raise anyway, he calls.

He bets, I raise, he calls and insults the dealer with what I assumed was a drawing dead flush that got there.

A minute later the guy on my right says "you saw what he had right?" which I didn't so he tells me just what I was up against, the A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

For anyone who cares, Hass is still alive in the AZ State Championship. 450 people started with 10,000 in chips, and they quit tonight with 20 left, and he has about 230k, with average stack being 225k. But the payout structure being so crappy, he still needs to final table to make any money...

Buy in was $1050, 45th place got $1100, 11th place gets $1500, 4th place gets $15,000, 3rd gets $50,000, 2nd $100,000 and 1st $250,000. And the head TD told me tonight there would be no chops, since they are filming the final table for live TV on a local station.

He also has a good table draw, because the two high limit regulars in the 60/120 game are at the other table.

I might as well post again to describe my day. I got in at 1pm, and was still a little tipsy from last night. I proceeded to get down 3 racks in little time, some thanks to this hand...

I raise in MP with Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], crappy player cold calls, and decent player (Jake) calls in BB. Flop comes AA3, check, I bet, fold, he calls. Turn comes 2, he checks, I bet, he checkraises, I threebet, he calls. River 3, he bets, I raise, he calls, saying "do you have quads". I proudly table my two pair as he shows AK...

But I did win the football pool for $400, and after settling down, I ended up winning $200 for the night, yippie!

I did witness this beauty. MP raises, and BB calls with 55. Flop comes 777, BB check calls. Turn 2, BB check calls. River 2, BB check calls, and MP proudly shows 22 for the perfect perfect.

Randomly spazzy type kid opens in EP, I call ATdd in the SB, BB calls.

Flop is AT5r, I donk, fold, EP calls.

Turn 7, I bet, he raises, I 3bet he calls.

River 4 and I lose to 63s.

Thanks to that and a couple of other doozies I got stuck $2400 early. Then I won a 34bb pot with 88 on a J8637 board where some guy had 66 and a 3rd guy called five bets on flop, five on turn, and one on river with AJ. I won $600 on the night.

Yes, it was read correctly, and I didn't even have a flush draw. I have heard that only good people can bluff reraise on the turn and river, so I tried to be good....I gave him credit for trying to push me off any hand that didn't have an ace, so I went to the third level! It was extra spazzy, and I was still semi hungover from the night before, but I am sure it will be good advertising. I got bad beated because he left 30 minutes after that play, but as he was leaving, I asked him when I would get that free $200 I gave him.
