Probably. They have def paid other people's tuitions.

yea someone made a bbv thread- "brag: pokerstars paid my tuition" or something along those lines after using concierge to pay for school

[/ QUOTE ]
If you think about it, that's not a brag, that's a giant beat.

[/ QUOTE ]

Lol I was the one who had school paid for.

And I dont get how making 6 digits while in school AND getting pokerstars to pay for my college using FPPs could ever be a beat.

[/ QUOTE ]

obviously, alot of props there. but you dont understand what I mean, so I'll drop it.

i take a few days to try my luck in donkaments. i feel like ive gotten all my bad luck out of the way. omaha hi lo is rigged, plo is rigged, even PLH is rigged. better to have bad luck there then in cash games, i suppose

[/ QUOTE ]

Stay away from donkaments.
Full of sharks outta here.... Cash games are definitely much softer.

he paid a ton in rake. its that simple. it's a beat because, well, that's money that technically should be his, rather then a portion, "if" poker was a 0 sum game. as is, it's not, so alot of his money has been taken from him.

obviously, we all pay rake, so it's a beat for all of us, but when you're able to use FPPs for school - which is very nice - it means you generated an insane amount of rake.

I tried moving up to 3/6 at FTP today... the games seem drastically worse than 2/4.... Every table had 3-4 of the same 8-12 tabling regulars.
