no, I'm not a conspiracy nut. I like facts and solid evidence. What about you?

seems to conflict with this:

We're all fish. Everybody who plays online are fish. We're all suckers. I promise you that this isn't just exclusive to AP. This happens on all sites, but they are better at covering it.

[/ QUOTE ]

alternatively, "facts and solid evidence" about this happening elsewhere would be nice.

I've been reading these threads since it started, but one thing I'm not clear on: For the five accounts, how many have played since their integrity has been brought into question?

So I've had a few beers tonight, and I was being dramatic.
It would be foolish of you not to expand your mind and at least wonder about the legitimacy of other sites if these allegations are true.

While on the subject of other sites I was just wondering if anyone knew how the hole cards showed during that video "How Fossilman almost won a pokerstars 1 million." I remember watching it thinking how the hell they do this? Was it an account that sees them all or was it constructed later with hand histories? Seems like an account can see it all to do this but I am no video/photo/handhistory expert.

Josem, you seem to be spending a lot of time in this threat trying to prove yourself better than other posters while the rest of us seem to be a lot more interested in finding out who is looking at our cards and scamming us

I finished last in a donkament with over a thousand players once. It's not easy; usually there's a handful out while I'm still preflop first hand. I wonder what happens if you're seated at the start of the tournament and choose to leave the table/tournament; do you get recorded as last place?

I'm worried about the monies at UB, especially now that the AP and UB cashiers are linked.

I haven't posted the HH because, hopefully, N82 can write a parser to fix it and I can go through them faster.

I think I figured out how to do it.

Here's me explaining it to someone on AIM:

(10:38:12 PM) GIFAFI: here's how i'm doing it...
(10:38:19 PM) GIFAFI: top part, middle part, bottom part
(10:38:26 PM) GIFAFI: only the middle part is the hard part to rearrange
(10:38:31 PM) GIFAFI: and i'm setting up rules for the middle part
(10:38:33 PM) GIFAFI: like...
(10:38:59 PM) GIFAFI: A2STEAKSAUCE - Folds
PHWAP - Folds
IKESTOYS - Raises $120 to $120
PBOOT1 - Calls $105
*** FLOP *** [8s 10h 3h]
RAMIBEWKS - Folds
PBOOT1 - Checks
*** TURN *** [8s 10h 3h] [9d]
IKESTOYS - Checks
PBOOT1 - Bets $145
PBOOT1 - returned ($145) : not called
IKESTOYS - Folds
(10:39:02 PM) GIFAFI: = not allowed
(10:39:11 PM) GIFAFI: that will become
(10:39:56 PM) GIFAFI: A2STEAKSAUCE - Folds
PHWAP - Folds
IKESTOYS - Raises $120 to $120
PBOOT1 - Calls $105
RAMIBEWKS - Folds
*** FLOP *** [8s 10h 3h]
PBOOT1 - Checks
IKESTOYS - Checks
*** TURN *** [8s 10h 3h] [9d]
PBOOT1 - Bets $145
PBOOT1 - returned ($145) : not called
IKESTOYS - Folds
(10:40:15 PM) GIFAFI: because what happens is they do "shifts"
(10:40:26 PM) GIFAFI: where the flop and turn entry gets moved in tandem
(10:40:40 PM) GIFAFI: so i'm developing this sorter for it
(10:41:23 PM) GIFAFI: things like "flop -> fold" or "flop -> call" will trigger the resort
(10:41:26 PM) GIFAFI: anything that isn't possible
(10:41:29 PM) GIFAFI: or an open raise
(10:41:31 PM) GIFAFI: or w/e
(10:41:42 PM) GIFAFI: and all the resort will do is move around the flop, turn and river stuff

another email, this one after a much more threatening email from me.
Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for contacting us.

situation, and you will not have to worry about this, our team is
working hard to investigate this.

However thank you very much for your report.
We apologize for the inconvenience you have been thru.

Jen
Team Absolute ~ Security & Control Department.

clear form letter, did nothing to address me saying I would leave if I didn't get a refund, and that others would be leaving with me. Also it was a reply to the same Email that the last Email I posted was a reply to. I don't want to give up, but it really doesn't seem like any progress is being made. If Ike, phwap, or teddyfbi have had any success at all, please let me know.
Also, note another spelling mistake.

Well, at least they're not denying that some cheating took place anymore. Seems like they're still trying to figure out how to address it publicly.

I'm a bit surprised that this issue isn't getting more mentions anywhere. Perhaps I'm just not looking at the right sites.
