do you realize he's a huge winner over thousands of mtts over a few years online? if his results have nothing to do with how good he is then no one's do.

EDIT: GA DID REALIZE THIS. HE IS TEH SMORT

Well, actually, i'm sure GA didn't realize this and I didn't either, as well as most that don't follow tourney poker. It's been implied that he only luckboxed a few recent events, so maybe those defending can use this point as the crux.

and as for every response that is something along the lines of, "well you can make fun of his looks all you want but he's still a great poker player" ... those things are completely unrelated and that's a terrible argument. i'm a very good hockey player, but a terrible basketball player. if you want to make fun of me for that and never mention my hockey skills, then fine, you're absolutely correct, i do suck at basketball. that doesn't even mean you're attacking me, just my deficiency at basketball. when i say 'lilholdem looks like a douche,' i say it because he looks like a douche, even if he is the nicest guy and best tournament player in the world. they're completely unrelated

This is a good point, but we've found in the first thread that the majority of people can't compartmentalize their disdain and praise and what started off as specifically a 'lol what a silly looking dood' quickly evolved into something much uglier.

And anybody with three cooperating braincells knows what these white breads are trying to say.

See my above post.

Plus, does he dress like 'a retard' or does he dress 'black'? I dropped out of skool in the 7th grade myself but I do remember something about the transitive property.

Without reading most of the responses:

I used to be like: lol this guy is a wigga.
With this interview and watching his play in the zpaceman videos, I have to give a lot of respect.
As a book player, who after hours and hours of study cannot hope to reach the results of naturals like lilholdem, I find such players very interesting.
I found the interview very interesting, he reminds me of TJ Cloutier, another player who didn't "know the math" but has had unfathomable tournament results.

My thinking is: when you come across a genius in your field of study, I think it is much better to have an open mind than one of disbelief and jealousy. I listened to the interview with intent.
