The ones I haven't done on that list are patching a radiator hose, using a torque wrench, filleting a fish, and cleaning a rifle. I can replace a radiator hose, but I've never patched one. Can I use duct tape? Or what does it take to patch one?

I gave myself credit for rescuing a capsized boater, but maybe I shouldn't. I'm good at water rescue, so I could get the guy. I wouldn't know what to do with his boat. I also gave myself credit for fixing a dead outlet even though my approach would be, "Turn off breaker, unscrew outlet, see if anything obvious is wrong/disconnected. If not, try replacing the outlet fixture. If not that, well, you're boned." If the question was going for any deeper electrician work than that, I'd probably be SOL, but since most of these are fairly basic, I figured that would be enough to check the box.

I gave myself credit for patching a hose, tho I doubt I'd have the necessary supplies with me to git-er-done if I ever found myself in a predicament where it needed to be done. Just change the damn things about every other year when you flush your cooling system. I also gave myself credit for rescueing a boater but that may be a stretch, I didn't look at the article to see what the scenario was.

I didn't take credit for photoshopping, cpr or hooking up the hdtv, tho I sure I could photoshop and hook up the tv and I have had cpr training, just a long time ago.

the ones I can't do I probably could with a little instruction (e.g. bleed brakes). I don't even know what that is...
