Are you kidding. They could see hole cards with superuser accounts and it is everywhere. Check cliff notes in the last huge Absolute thread.

This thread is pretty much a waste of time with people just going around in circles pissing on each other.

It gets a little more tricky when the organization the accused party is employed by is in breach of the regulations set forth by it's oversight body (KGC) by not maintaining HH for 5 years.

The evidence is apparently unavailable because Seif's employer destroyed it -- jeopardizing their license with KGC and facing potentially hundreds of millions in fines -- because AP claims it is prohibitive to store over 60 GBs of data.

[1] AP "high level" consultant cheats.

[2] Suspicion of "face" of AP cheating.

[3] Can't verify suspicion because cheating company, which happens to employ the alleged cheater, violated the license agreement with their regulatory body and destroyed the evidence.

[4] Obviously everything is above board, nothing to see here, please shut up, and concerned parties are "conspiritards".
