Default Re: Sbrugby on 300-600 NL.

A month ago he was ~3.7 BB/100 for '07 in NLHE.

Now he's ~1.3 BB/100.

Pretty rough downswing, but I think he'll pull through it. End of '08 will probably still find him one of the biggest winners for the year.

Brian Townsend = Yesterday's Prahlad Friedman

You can't bluff your way out of every pot.

I think Baronzeus is actually pretty accurate - obviously he is referring to people he has a clear edge on rather than those he is .1bb better than.

[/ QUOTE ]

define clear edge?

5BB/100?

its only 5k hands, GuyonTilt did a simulation a while back with a 1.8BB/100 winner and maybe 20BB/100 standard deviation, which Im sure is lower than the variance HU

the wr swings over 100k samples were around 3BB, and over 10MILLION [censored] HANDS was running .15BB/100 hot

Baron,

please post a lifetime HU LHE graph(in BB) I imagine you will be in for quite a shock

I remember your 230k at 300/600 in 4k hands, that was obviously 100% skill right?

That wasn't HU. I'm talking specifically HU. I'll show you my graph when I get back to California and I have access to it.

There is a reason AK is called the "Anna Kournikova". I think it's the most misplayed hand in poker. Well, maybe after AQ.

Yeah, no-limit donks like TJ and Doyle. They call it "walking back to Huston." People used to drive from Houston to Dallas for big games. Those who pushed AK too hard in NL would be "walking back to Huston."
