[ QUOTE ]
Incredibly obvious Ryan does not get the corporate job. He was in the office all day and did not go to NY to get interviewed. It was never mentioned that he had gone to NY in the last few days etc, and I guess maybe they just didn't write that but I would assume someone would have noticed. And Why would corporate interview 3 out of 4 people applying from Scranton one day and Ryan another, that just doesn't make sense. Just rewatched it, and Wallace never says his name or refers to him as he or masculine etc. Prediction is that Karen gets the job, and the phone call to Ryan was either not job related (all he says is "I'm excited too") or he got another job (unrealistic since he will definitely still be on the show). Ryan as Michaels boss would be amazing though just seems pretty unlikely. [/ QUOTE ] Just needed to quote this for the lol factor I forgot how this thread became a Lost thread for a couple days OMG WRITERS ARE TRICKSY OMG |

Ryan isn't working at corporate, they just happened to interview him while he was sitting behind the desk at corporate of his new lover Karen! |

this development has exciting implications
also synopsis for the season premiere: THE RUN FOR THE CURE-SPECIAL ONE-HOUR PREMIERE - A freak accident causes Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) to feel the office is cursed. He explores the religious beliefs of his employees before deciding to hold a charity 5K fun run. Meanwhile, further developments in the romances of Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Jim (John Krasinski), and Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Angela (Angela Kinsey) are explored. B.J. Novak, Melora Hardin, Ed Helms, Leslie David Baker, Brian Baumgartner, Kate Flannery, Oscar Nunez, Phyllis Smith, Paul Lieberstein, Mindy Kaling, Craig Robinson and Creed Bratton also star. |

also s3 dvds were released a couple days ago, I picked them up and went through all the bonus materials. Deleted scenes are awesome, including probably double the amount of ones that were released post episode on NBC.com. I watched the commentary episodes and they were ok. Blooper reel is of course amazing. There's an awesome jim/pam scene from the xmas episode where Pam blurts out "I love you" to Jim and he mock-faints.
