For anyone else who hasn't gotten it yet, check to make sure PokerStars update has run recently. Out of curiousity I opened "PokerStarsUpdate.exe" today and the software did indeed need an update and after that update I now have the Visa debit card option.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, I tried that. Updated, still no option.

[/ QUOTE ]

Same. If I don't get it by Friday, I will never play at Stars again.

Lee if you are listening please make this option available to all. Epassporte is terrible and I feel like I am being neglected by not having the option. Why does everyone have it but me Lee?

The option goes aways from the screen once you register. Cause you have already registered.

There seems to be a problem with my paytru account. When I click the load option the next screen tells me that "credit card loading not available for this card."
So how am I suposed to load my card? Do I have to do something first to get my card to be able to do this. I still don't have my actual card, I only signed up for this the other day. Anyone else have this problem? Also would it let me cashout from my stars account to my card? I really never plan on using a credit card to fund my account, only to fund it with my stars withdraws.

[/ QUOTE ]

i get the same message when i try to load

everyone email support and tell them 500 a day isn't enough.

[/ QUOTE ]

Did that and in a few hours my limit was raised to 1k/day. Also ran the PokerStarsUpdate as suggested earlier and mine just showed up.

I believe its $1 fee for a atm withdraw plus whatever the atm charges. And if you use your card at a store or whatever I don't think there is any fee for that.

[/ QUOTE ]

Actually, there are fees for POS (point of sale) transactions.

First number if the transaction is approved, second one if it is denied.
[ QUOTE ]

WITHDRAWAL/PURCHASE/BALANCE INQUIRY/TRANSFER
ATM Domestic/International Withdrawals $2.50 $1.00
POS Domestic/International Purchase $1.00 $1.00
POS Domestic/International Balance Inquiry $1.00 N/A

[/ QUOTE ]

I signed up for one and the transaction to withdraw $50 to it just cleared. So, if I attempt to use it online or even at the local Wal-mart once I get the physical card, they are going to charge me $1 each time it is swipped.

[/ QUOTE ]

WTF. Thats robbery.

To people complaining -- the option will come just be patient. They are testing the service to make sure it works proper.

i meant 500 out of the atm isn't enough, not a deposit limit. i don't care about deposit limits. which is likely something that has to be changed on paytru's end. just hoping that if enough people complain that they'll bug paytru about it.
