You're welcome to try again. Perhaps a smaller amount might work. An email to Full Tilt might get the specific reason, but my guess is that your account is too new. $260 AP for $235 FT or $225 to my Epassporte. Can't cash outon without doing a check, Don't want to deal with out of country check. I played Black Jack on AP and Epass will not let you cash if you have ever played Black Jack now.
