I plan on getting a MacBook Pro when Leopard comes out. Did you get the higher res 17" version?

[/ QUOTE ]

yea i did. gonna be shipping a 30" monitor also. next on the agenda is a ballin chair, this crap in the dorm room is pretty [censored]

anyone know if ptracker/pahud will run. I'm gonna have someone set up xp/bootcamp for me so I assume so but not sure.

PT and PAHUD should run fine. It's not that hard to get Boot Camp set-up. Here's a Video Tutorial. You should also consider getting VMWare Fusion, so you can run Windows apps inside Mac OSX without having to reboot.

What chair are you thinking about getting? I hate the chairs they have in the dorms too and I have a bad back. I'm thinking about getting an Aeron chair or something balla. It feels kinda weird dropping a ~$1k on a chair, but I guess it's worth it. LMK what chair you get and how it turns out.

Dan if you wouldn't mind posting a little review of what you think of it in a few days once you get everything working I would appreciate it. Or send me a PM, whatever. Definitely getting a new laptop soon, just a little hesitent about getting a Mac for poker.

How does it work w/ PokerTracker, PA HUD, etc?

Was stuck as much as 19k playing 5/10, 10/20 and 25/50cap PLO last night.

Only took basically 16 straight hours 6 tabling the same PLO limits to get it all back and a little more.....[censored] I'm tired.

no graphs though b/c I'm not on my computer : (

i got a macbook black with bootcamp. PP/PS, PAhud and PT work flawlessly. setting it up took like 2 hours, totally easy.
