Primarily because they have an easier time using fresher ingrediants beacuse they aren't national. Same with taco time. Although it isn't as true for them as it once was beacuse they have expanded quite a bit in the last 10 years.

Actually isn't the fish taco at Taco Del Mar or like Casa Que Pasa (which is bellingham only) kinda a big deal?
And for burgers in the NW - Boomer's Burger for fast food, Bob's Burgers and Brew for sheer deliciousness AINEC. [censored] In N' Out. Hella overrated imo.
