Hey at least you have a game. For some stupid contractual reason they're airing infomercials on CBS because they can't show a game opposite Redskins-Cardinals on FOX. It's bad enough that the Cardinals chronically suck, but they're wrecking the other networks' coverage too. Argh.

For some reason I think we're going to hold onto this one. They seem to be better at closing out games when the season is over.

btw, i just got word that this conversation was held between belicheck and cassel right before the taylor INT.

"Ok, Matt, listen up. I really want to run the score up here, but if we keep doing this every game, teams are going to get upset and try to hurt Tom. So I want you to go out there and try to throw a pick for a TD, so it'll look like i have an excuse for putting Tom back out there. You do this, signing bonus."
