played a limit tourney tonight where everything fell in the wrong place, but I played well

made an expert laydown with pocket queens in a HU pot on a JTX X board, where I c/folded turn, villain was amazed and showed pT

well, he wasn't really amazed, but it sounds better that way, lol

won the buy-in, rebuy and add on back in a 500NL game, since sadly there was no interest for a limit game

Record for slowest time it's taken anyone to lose 2 racks. I saw Joe Tall lose almost 2 racks in the 40/80 in about 15 minutes after flopping 2 sets and never winning a hand.

One early hand:

Guy who plays for his living limps up front, I raise w/ 2 black Kings, bunch of people call, blah, blah...

Flop:

He bets so since I have the nuts I raise, rest fold, and he just calls. Turn: x. Check, bet. River:K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] He bets, I call and he has the 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I'm very friendly w/ the guy and he starts to explain that he bet the flop because of his big draw and I start to explain what a huge favorite he was on the flop against my hand and that I would've 3-=bet if I'd been him when I figured, nah, he's not that good a friend.

Hopping game tonight. I won 3 racks in 3.5 hours, and I wasn't even the big winner. A guy who arrived about 30 minutes after me was up 5 racks when I left, and there were still at least two others who were up 2 racks in the game. It was crazy...

I took the wussy way out and wanted to book a win after losing almost 4 racks last time I played (Last Friday). Us people with a real job don't get to play everyday.

In 4 hands I lost almost 2 racks that evening: TP from the BB, set out of the SB, AK on the button, set of out of the CO, all not good. Image=maniac when I bet-3-bet the flop on two of them, and c/r 3-bet the flop on one of them while not showing my hand on all of them.

I won $378 in 4.5hrs of play.

Random thought:

Wow the hustler 25/50 game sucked tonight..
hadnt seen a 40/80 game that tight agressive the entire time at the commerce...

Obv dropped 1600$ in 1.5 hours when it got shorthanded, including 2 seperate runner runner full houses in 2 rings vs my flopped straight/set.

Seriously dont know why anyone would go to anything but the commerce if all the smaller casino games are this bad..
