I wrote off the division a long time ago, even when it got to 4 I was still pretty ambivalent because of the schedule, plus its pretty hard to make up 4 games on a roughly equal team in 45 games. if it had got to 3 i would have started getting wet. I find it hard to get that worked up about the division since we are 1.5 back of a team we are much much better than, and playoffs are playoffs, and I am just happy to be in this position given the way the first half of the season went. really happy. The division streak most likely ending sucks, but I came to terms with that a 2 months ago when we were 14 back.

edit- also it is really [censored] annoying that seattle is burning everything down right now, but the good news is their upcoming schedule is damn hard and they are really going to have to luckbox it to do better than us.

They are going to be huge dogs away vs us and detroit, dogs against the angels and at toronto, our schedule is tough but its going to be really hard for them to not fall behind us over that stretch.
