I tried this for a while and I actually think you're wrong, at least for most people with big hands.

People right or wrong are calling these small three bets with a super wide range but the spr that you created is awkward and lends itself to certain axioms like 'don't fold tptk in a rr pot' and 'don't fold an overpair in a rr pot' when in fact these axioms are based on a larger three bet amount and a tighter three bet calling range.

To do this successfully, you really need to be able to recognize that the calling range for these three bets is nearly as wide as the original opener's range. So, in effect, you're dealing with the stack sizes of a three bet pot but the hand ranges of a single raised pot.
